**The role**
Crown Sydney is currently seeking a VIP Executive Host to join the team on a **full-time** basis. Reporting to the Senior VIP Executive Host, this is a dynamic and fast-paced role that will see you catering to a defined set of VIP customers, ensuring that they receive the highest levels of service and enjoy complete, elevated experiences during their visits to Crown. Part of your role will be to make certain that the environment and amenities for our VIPs are consistently exceeding expectations, and you’ll work closely with various teams and departments to deliver on all expectations.
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Being the primary point of contact for our domestic and international VIP customers
- Developing new and maintaining existing relationships with key VIP customers to convert activations and engagement
- Promoting advocacy and driving increased visitation by capitalising on the strength of the property facilities, services and events
- Meeting KPIs for customer visitation and customer contact relative to the customer group of high value customers
- Being highly visible on-premise and working to continually understand your VIPs key motivators and visitation drivers
- Assisting the Senior VIP Executive Host team and partner with other VIP service providers to ensure every new and existing business opportunity achieves the designated VIP marketing objectives and outcomes
- Keeping up to date with, and field enquiries regarding Player Programs, Table Rewards, Loyalty Program and all current gaming and promotions
- Updating and maintaining patron database information, as well as maintaining administrative compliance
- Managing any dispute and patron complaints, ensuring quick resolutions with all issues communicated to appropriate management and departments
**To be successful, you’ll need**:
- A proven track record in providing elevated customer service to premium and VIP guests
- Sales and marketing experience in a gaming / casino environment will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in a hospitality hosting role with VIP clientele is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, with ability to influence and negotiate with high-level customers
- Ability to uphold a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong product knowledge and deep understanding of Crown Rewards programs
- Strength in managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure, without impacting service delivery
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino special employee licence (requires police & credit checks)
- Experience with cultural awareness and sensitivities
