Casual Property Maintenance Assistant

Start Early July | Hunter Region NSW | $30/hr + Super

Ocean Reef Property Repairs & Maintenance is a growing local business looking for a reliable and physically fit assistant to join our team on a casual basis starting early July.

You’ll be assisting with a variety of jobs including:

- General property repairs
- Lawn and garden maintenance
- Gutter cleaning
- Painting, fencing, and property refresh work

What We’re Looking For:

- Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor/manual work
- A valid driver’s licence and your own transport (required)
- Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn
- Basic hand tool knowledge is a bonus but not essential

Job Details:

- 2-3 weekdays per week to start, with potential for more
- $30/hour + superannuation
- Jobs located across the Hunter Region (Maitland / Thornton / Rutherford)
- You’ll work alongside the business owner to start with on a variety of day-to-day tasks
- All tools and PPE provided
