Outdoor Work – Casual Lawn & Yard Crew (Maitland + Surrounds)

Hey there

We're JBF Property Services, and we're on the lookout for a casual team member to help us keep local properties looking neat, tidy, and well-kept. Think lawns, gardens, pressure washing – all the good outdoor stuff.

We're based in Maitland and work all over the place depending on the day. The weather changes, the schedule shifts, and no two weeks are the same – so we're flexible with set days or on-call work. Just let us know what suits.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Mowing lawns (with both push mowers and zero turns)
  • Whipper snipping + edging
  • Tidying yards and gardens
  • A bit of pressure cleaning
  • Helping out with general yard work

Who We're Looking For:

  • Someone reliable, friendly, and okay working outdoors
  • You've got a licence and a car
  • Can back a trailer or happy to learn
  • Police Check and Working With Children Check – or willing to get them
  • Happy to work solo or with a mate
  • Takes pride in leaving a place better than you found it
