As a Senior Property Manager, you'll be entrusted with overseeing a residential portfolio and representing the best interests of both landlords and tenants with professionalism, care, and integrity.
Your core responsibilities will include: Leasing of properties.
Conduct lease renewals and rent reviews.
Managing ingoing and routine inspections with Property Manager.
Delivering outstanding landlord and tenant client service.
Arrears management.
Other general day-to-day tasks relating to portfolio management.
