About the role

Lee's Lawn, Garden and Maintenance, a leading provider of lawn and garden care services across the Hunter (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Hunter Valley), is seeking a motivated and reliable casual lawn mower/gardener to join our team. This is a casual position that offers flexible work arrangements to suit your schedule.

What you'll be doing

  • Mowing and edging residential and commercial lawns
  • Maintaining gardens by weeding, pruning, mulching and tree trimming
  • Gutter cleans/pressure washing and cleaning of other debris from gardens and outdoor areas
  • Performing basic garden maintenance tasks as required
  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in lawn mowing, gardening, or grounds maintenance is a plus - chainsaw experience would be helpful
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to perform physical labour tasks
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Driver's license
  • Working with children/vulnerable people + police check (a plus)
