**Your Key Accountabilities will include**:

- Manage and ensure selection processes are transparent, effective and provide bias free selection decisions in accordance with QPS policy.
- Coordinating selection processes including the development of documentation to assist in shortlisting, interviewing, other testing, reference checking and with respect to providing meaningful applicant feedback.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate complex issues, strategies and initiatives in a clear and concise manner.
- Work collaboratively, independently and effectively in partnership with others, including community members, often working to tight timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, timely business outcomes consistent with the strategic direction of the unit.
- Highly developed organisational skills with the capacity to meet timeframes and the ability to successfully balance competing priorities.
- Ability to represent the Central Panels Unit at workshops and training sessions including the ability to improve processes, policies, procedures and training initiatives.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and be proactive regarding task completion, including the ability to identify and initiate recommendations for system improvements.
