About you
As our BII Delivery Lead, you will call upon your demonstrated experience in being able to deliver effective change, communication and training to lead a high performing team. You will possess a strong track record of organising and coordinating teams, including project management and agile methodologies. You will possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a focus on data warehousing, reporting and analytics.
**To thrive in this role, you’ll have**:
A relevant tertiary qualification coupled with relevant experience.
Demonstrated understanding of cloud data warehouses and data engineering activities.
Certification in project management, including agile methodologies and scrum practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in managing the development and implementation of data solutions using tools like Power BI, ServiceNow, Qualtrics, etc.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Intelligence and Insights, you will lead an agile team in the allocation of projects and service requests, through coordination, configuration and reporting tasks for the BII function. You will collaborate with all RACGP business units and external vendors to enhance business engagement and drive continuous data quality improvement through innovative solutions and strategic oversight.
**In addition, you’ll**:
Create and manage detailed project plans, in conjunction with the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and Insights, and track progress to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and risk management strategies in consultation with relevant stakeholders and work stream leaders.
Provide timely reports on project status, escalate issues to management as needed, and support the Senior Manager in managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Lead BII team projects scrums, implement agile methodologies to enhance project delivery, facilitate team collaboration, and drive high performance across multiple projects.
Work closely with the data engineering team, coordinating their requests and priorities and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
Oversee the design, development, testing and implementation of RACGP’s cloud data warehouse and Azure Data Factory pipelines, ensuring they meet the current and strategic needs of the business through optimal performance, integration, and operational efficiency.
