We are a well-established market leader in the Glass Industry.

Our clients range from homeowners looking to improve the aesthetics, functionality, or safety of their
homes to designers, architects and builders who need reliable service and quality glass.

Do you love the fast pace of the day to day - yet still get to be onsite to measure and meet

clients?

**Location**: Kirrawee - Sutherland Shire

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, full-time

**The Role**:
The Service Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our job
management system (ServiceM8) and ensuring seamless coordination across the business. This
hybrid role combines operational planning, technical support, project coordination, and leadership
on-site.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational
- Job Estimates
- Job Management & Workflow Coordination
- On-Site Work & Leadership Customer & Technical Support
- Financial Oversight

**What You’ll Bring**
- Glazier by trade
- Solid all round knowledge of various glass installations - strong on the replacement and
- aluminium side
- Focus on aluminium, shopfronts, office partitions, overhead partitions
- Must be super organised and can cope with changing situations
- Strong communication skills
