**Lead one of CSR's most significant capital projects - Major Capex in construction, plant, and infrastructure.**

We are seeking a **Construction Manager** to take a pivotal leadership role in the delivery of a major brownfield upgrade at our **Coopers Plains** site. This highly technical and complex project includes new building works, large-scale plant and equipment installation, and major site infrastructure upgrades - all within a live manufacturing environment.

**This will be a 2-Year Fixed Term Contract commencing asap.**

**About the opportunity**:

- Manage the construction of new facilities across a large industrial site without interrupting ongoing operations.
- Oversee all contractors and construction partners - including Principal Contractors - ensuring compliance, safety, and performance.
- Lead interface coordination across multiple workstreams including civil, structural, and mechanical works.
- Provide input into final design stages and construction scheduling.
- Ensure financial tracking, forecasting, claims, and variations are managed proactively.
- Own WHSE outcomes on-site and lead commissioning and defects management through to handover.

**About You**:

- **Extensive experience** (10+ years) in **large-scale industrial or high-rise construction projects**.
- Proven ability to manage the **full project lifecycle** from pre-construction through commissioning.
- Adept at managing **complex stakeholder groups** and balancing priorities in high-activity environments.
- Known for a **strong safety mindset** and excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience within **manufacturing or brownfield environments** will be highly regarded.
- Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management.
