About the Role
The Journey Expert - Change and Commercialization role is responsible for working with the Engagement & Retention lead to drive the strategic vision and roadmap across key customer lifecycle journeys that covers multiple products, portfolios and channels. The role is focused on the ‘what’ and inspires squads to achieve their shared mission by guiding them on what to work on to achieve great customer outcomes.

What will your day look like?
**As a Journey Expert - Change and Commercialization, you will**:
Work with the E&R Lead to develop, drive and iterate FY plans and scope key initiatives
Define and measure success outcomes/metrics
Commercial accountability for delivering on clearly defined OKRs
Define key customer segments across the EDB back book, with clearly defined “jobs to be done” to better engage these customers with revenue benefits clearly articulated
Cost / benefit analysis on key LCM initiatives
Stakeholder engagement - aligning plans and initiatives with stakeholders
Strong awareness of market trends and data insights.
Bring thought leadership, leading market best practice relevant to their Value Stream mission to innovate and drive outcomes
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong analytical background - experience in cost benefit analysis / scoping large programs of work
Deep understanding of P&L drivers across EDB products
Experience in defining customer segments
Data interpreter
Future thinker/innovator
Deep expertise in your product area and a proven ability to innovate and adapt to the latest developments
Ability to galvanise diverse groups of people around a common mission
Ability to quickly grasp new content and the ability to translate this into actionable strategy
Actively connects outside and inside ANZ to leverage latest thinking, providing practical/relevant ideas, improvements and fit-for-purpose solutions
