**Head of Client Service - APAC**

Blis is looking for an experienced Client Service professional to lead our APAC Client Services team. The most important aspects of this role are to work closely with the commercial teams and our clients across the region to deliver best in market account management, service and delivery. This role is core to the APAC leadership team, reporting to the Managing Director APAC. If you are a highly organised, technically adept, proven leader who loves making clients happy and supporting teams to succeed, then this could be the role for you

**Key responsibilities**
- Lead the Client Services team in day-to-day client relationship management, account management and exemplary service to our clients.
- Develop solid understanding of the Blis platform to navigate, manage and deliver all requirements for successful campaigns.
- Effectively communicate platform targeting capabilities to internal teams and clients to ensure best practice campaign set up and delivery, working in harmony with Sales and Operations.
- Ensure smooth campaign delivery, timely responses to client queries and requests including post campaign analysis and reporting and case studies.
- Oversee the creative team and process to deliver creative strategy, ideation and delivery to campaign deadlines.
- Drive team performance and a high level of engagement, ensure training and development is aligned to the needs of individual team members.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and Heads of Sales to understand business and client needs to deliver agreed goals and KPIs.
- Manage and/or evolve internal processes and practices as required to ensure efficiency and accurate delivery, working with key stakeholders for buy in and support.
- Build and maintain relationships with nominated agency and client stakeholders and act as a point of escalation as required.
- Support the sales teams with the prospecting and pitch process as needed.
- Effective and timely use of internal processes & systems such as Zoho, JIRA.

**Skills and requirements**
- 5+ years relevant digital / programmatic industry experience, with mobile or agency experience a plus
- Passion for media and technology, enjoys working in a team environment
- Proven track record leading a team to deliver within ad trafficking, tracking and ad server environments and with technologies such as DoubleClick, Campaign Manager (DCM)
- Strong organisational & time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding stakeholder management, troubleshooting, analytical, & problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Solid excel & MS Office skills
- Commercial acumen & significant level of resilience
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability and a team player mindset
