**Head of Client Services**

The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a superstar leader for their in-house creative agency. As the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for leading integrated communications programs across multiple portfolios, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and stategically overseeing creative content development and production. You will be responsible for the management and development of the Account Management team, whilst pushing for creative excellence across all projects.

Your day to day will involve ensuring client satisfaction and creative requirements are met by governing briefings, financials and the production of quality creative work. Your strategic input and hands-on approach will be imperative to continually redefine agency practices and processes tofacilitate impressive creative work.

**FT 12-month contract based in Sydney**

**About your new role**
- Manage relationships with executive-level staff and effectively negotiate outcomes and manage client expectations.
- Lead the account management team, review team output for quality and provide productive feedback on a continual basis to develop and mentor.
- Responsible for leading the long-term creative strategic direction of The Star, reporting into and working closely with the General Manager of Brand & Comunications to ensure alignment around a common plan.
- Strong understanding of creative systems and production processes to deliver promotional strategies in line with best practice campaign management.
- Commercial mindset - Building commercial expertise and insight by linking decisions to commercial outcomes, ROI and profitability as well as customer experience.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Solid experience in a Senior/Group Account Director or management role within a creative agency.
- A strong commercial mindset and strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to develop creative plans with executives and managers.
- Understanding of relevant legislation related to privacy and copyright issues.
- An entrepreneurial mindset a this role requires a hands-on approach to managing projects end-to-end.
- In-house or external agency experience essential
