The Job

We are seeking a professional and client-focused Implementation Consultant to join the AroFlo team, part of the Simpro Group. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and delivering structured training to ensure a smooth and successful transition to the AroFlo platform.

While the position is remote, it is essential that you are based in Brisbane, as you will be required to meet with clients in person as part of the implementation process.

What You’ll Do- Conduct detailed consultations with new clients to understand their business requirements and implementation goals.- Map current operational workflows and align them with AroFlo's capabilities and best practices.- Deliver tailored training sessions—virtually and on-site—to support effective platform adoption.- Provide guidance on change management and support clients through the transition process.- Monitor implementation progress to ensure clients are positioned for a successful Go-Live.- Deliver additional post-Go-Live training as needed to reinforce learning and optimise usage.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the AroFlo product and associated industry developments.

What You’ll Bring- Proven experience delivering software training and onboarding programs.- Strong understanding of business workflows, particularly in operational or trade-based environments.- Professional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Adaptability to work with varying client needs and changing implementation requirements.- Experience working with trade, construction, or field service industries is highly regarded.
