We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated Casual Sales Assistants for our Retail Stores If you want an exciting job with one of the largest UGG boots retail stores in the nation, join the growing UGG EXPRESS team

Essentially this position will involve:

- Maintain a clean store and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner
- Receive and unload new shipments Determine customers needs and wants and suggest and display these items
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures Receiving, unpacking, and correct placement of stock throughout the store
- Collaborating with fellow staff to achieve the above duties and responsibilities

- You will be flexible to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, be highly motivated with initiative, and looking for career progression.

The following skills and attributes will further contribute to your success in this role:

- Preferable previous experience within the retail or customer service industry.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work unsupervised to a high standard with a willingness to accept responsibility.
- Previous experiences in working within a fast-paced working environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $41.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Essendon Fields VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail / Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
