We are searching for experienced and enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our flexible support team in stores and contribute to their success.

**We are currently recruiting for casual vacancies in the following locations**:
DFO Essendon: 100 Bulla Rd, Essendon Fields VIC 3041

**Essentially this position will involve**:

- Maintain a clean store and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner
- Receive and unload new shipments
- Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise
- Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products
- Determine customers needs and wants and suggest and display these items
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
- Maintaining an exceptional level of customer service at all times
- Maximizing sales opportunities through effective stock management techniques
- Receiving, unpacking, and correct placement of stock throughout the store
- Collaborating with fellow staff to achieve the above duties and responsibilities

**To be successful in this role, you will have the following**:

- Ability to speak English and Mandarin
- Preferable previous experience within the retail or customer service industry.
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service to customers.
- Ability to work unsupervised to a high standard with a willingness to accept responsibility.
- Previous experiences in working within a fast-paced working environment.
- Humility to work effectively as part of a team within a hopeful and vibrant team culture.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

Work Hours: You can work at least 2-3 days per week.

Visa: You have a legal visa for more than 6 months.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 24-38 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $41.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
