Great role for a Security Manager to build a team in Business Resilience and Tech Risk within a financial firm

A leading financial services company is looking for a Manager Technology Risk & Business Resilience to be part of their second line risk management function.

**Your new role**
An exciting opportunity to join the Information Technology and Information Security teams of one of the leading finance services clients in Melbourne CBD. As a Manager, you’ll be focusing on first line management to ensure Business continuity, Information technology control testing and assurance, and Information security (Cyber) control testing and assurance and:

- Lead and develop reviews of our various Tech and Cyber Risk and Resilience management systems including the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Crisis Management Plans and Business Continuity Framework.
- Partnering with IT and Security teams to help them mitigate the risks, by developing recommendations to strengthen existing controls and processes
- Leading a full range of assurance and advisory program from a second line perspective
- Ensure compliance with the following APRA CPS234 prudential standards

**What you'll need to succeed**
As a Business Resilience and Assurance Manager, you will have a strong passion for GRC, along with:

- A strong background in governance, Tech and Cyber Risk and controls and skilled in developing audit and risk management strategies and methodologies
- Experience with Business Continuity planning, Control testing, CPS234
- Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you have expertise
