The Opportunity:
We’re bringing the best of Suntory to Oceania and building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand new Australian licensed function which will go-live in July 2025.
We are excited to be hiring 3 Sales Support Coordinators on a permanent full time basis. The role offers something unique and career defining. Joining in our build phase, you will support the National Sales Team so they are able to achieve sales targets, grow & promote our product range. The position will work out of our North Sydney and or North Strathfield office before we move into our new CBD location in 2025.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the National Sales team (strong knowledge of MS Office Suite especially PowerPoint)
- Organising and attending sales briefing meetings
- Provide information about clients to the Sales team via the CRM
- Organise fleet vehicles, laptops and other tools of trade
- Booking venues, accommodation and flights for field sales team
- Support and facilitate activations, client events which includes ownership of managing RSVPs, invites, venue coordination
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales team
- Coordinating new sales rep inductions ensuring systems are set up in collaboration with IT and People & Culture
What's in your toolkitYou’ll have previously worked in a Sales coordination role, ideally in FMCG. With a strong administrative background, high attention to detail and the ability to navigate a CRM you’ll ensure the Sales team are supported for success. You’re a proactive team player with a sense of urgency and able to work to deadlines. You’ve been exposed to coordinating sales events, promotional material and other sales support tasks. You’re confident dealing with people at all levels, internal and external to Suntory Oceania. A whizz at editing PowerPoint presentations you’ll ensure the Sales team are set up for success.
