Our Federal Government client is seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and client focused
**Engagement Officer.**

**About the role**:

- Draft and implement communications, user engagement and change management projects to support operational priorities
- Engage and collaborate with colleagues and leadership teams to better utilise available products
- Undertake consultations and working groups, research and analysis to develop compelling, evidence-based business cases for enhancement of systems
- Manage communication and engagement activities to support the delivery of systems support
- Contribute to the development of other written materials such as reports, artefacts, key information about systems and processes

**Ideally you will have**:

- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills
- A proven track record of delivering on numerous projects
- Analytical skills to problem solve and develop solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including experience drafting detailed documents
- Adaptability and confidence in coordinating tasks and projects simultaneously
