**An exciting opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator**
- This is an ongoing role for an experienced project delivery coordinator within the Delivery Services team.
- The Delivery Services team is responsible for delivering projects and priority enhancements on digital platforms that underpin the performance of EPAs regulatory functions.
- You will work closely with project team members, managers and leads to help deliver projects that support EPA's strategic priorities to prevent harm to Victorian communities and the environment from pollution and waste.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Manager, Delivery Services, the Delivery Coordinator is a senior member of the team, assisting in the delivery of projects and priority enhancements to digital enabled solutions, business processes and overall capability.

This role is responsible for:

- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule and scope statement, as directed by the project manager
- Analyse risks and opportunities; Support team members when implementing risk management strategies
- Oversee project procurement management
- Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

**About you**
- Purpose driven and relishing a challenge, you are experienced in supporting delivery of digital and non-digital programs of work, preferably in an agile environment. You have hands-on experience in Jira, Confluence and MS Projects.
- You have advanced management skills and a demonstrated capability to plan, monitor and deliver multiple concurrent projects, including risk identification and management, budget development and management. You are an expert in optimising the allocation and use of resources, and evaluation of project effectiveness.
- You have a proven record of achievement in a similar role which contributes to organisational excellence, high standards of performance and a positive organisational culture.
