Logistics Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordination Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the safe delivery of products to commercial customers on time.

  • This involves managing and resolving delivery issues, identifying areas for process improvement, and reviewing data to anticipate customer needs.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in logistics scheduling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Day-to-day execution and coordination of product delivery schedules.
  2. Managing and resolving delivery issues.
  3. Identifying areas of improvement in processes that result in high performance and improved efficiency and customer service delivery.
  4. Review data to identify ebbs and flows of customer consumption to better anticipate customer needs.
  5. Interacting effectively with key internal stakeholders.
