**This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.**

We’re looking for multiple **Delivery Coordinators** who thrives at the intersection of **Product, Engineering, Design, and Delivery,** ensuring every initiative moves from idea to release with clarity, momentum, and impact.

**About The Role**

As a Delivery Coordinator, you’ll report into the Delivery Lead and **own the end-to-end delivery cycle** for high-priority initiatives within your value streams. From shaping execution pathways through to **milestone tracking, release readiness, and cross-functional coordination**, you’ll make sure delivery isn’t just on time but aligned to outcomes that matter.

This role bridges **strategic intent with tactical execution,**ensuring Montu delivers with scale, transparency, and efficiency.

**What You’ll Do**
- ** Coordinate the full delivery lifecycle**: From roadmap prioritisation to milestone completion, ensuring momentum across value streams.
- ** Manage release milestones**: Own release planning and readiness, coordinating Demos, Acceptance Testing, Go/No-Go checkpoints, and Launch activities.
- ** Keep delivery on track**: Forecast progress, highlight risks, and provide structured updates to Delivery Leads, Portfolio Managers, and senior stakeholders.
- ** Enable release readiness**: Partner with Engineering, Design, CRM, and business teams to ensure every initiative is launch-ready.
- ** Champion governance & transparency**: Maintain clear tracking in Jira/Confluence, ensuring visibility of delivery pipelines, fix versions, and outcomes.
- ** Drive continuous improvement**: Help refine delivery standards, improve release practices, and strengthen capability maturity across teams.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in **delivery** within Agile environments (product-led or regulated industries preferred).
- Strong understanding of **Agile delivery practices**, release planning, and milestone tracking.
- Skilled in **Jira, Confluence**, and delivery reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and dependencies.
- Outcome-driven mindset — thinking in terms of **milestones, impact, and value** rather than just tasks.
