As a Group Training Organisation (GTO) and Registered Training Organisation (RTO), AGA works across many industries and vocations as a specialist provider of apprenticeship and traineeship services.

**About the role**:
The Client Services Officer will coordinate with an existing base AGA clients across different programs to assist with thier enquiries in line with the company’s service offering and liaise with key relationships.

AGA Management will support the Client Services Officer to take ownership of the programs and work independently as well as part of the larger team. You wil be proveded with a phone, laptop and use of a company vehicle to successfully carry out the duties of the role.

The role’s responsibilities inclue but are not limited to:

- Provide a point of contact for clients. Answer incoming calls and handle non-advice related queries.
- Attend face to face client meetings and assist as required in actively managing the client relationship.
- Draft and produce client communications as required by advisors and managers Develop and Maintain Relationships
- Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel within strategic alliance networks.
- Contribute in the process of new business and towards the management of the ongoing client relationship in-line with the sale and service offering, to achieve the desired retention levels.
- Produce reports as desired, e.g. work in progress, reports or any documents or correspondence as required by the General Manager.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Experince in Account Management (desirable)
- Qualifications or experience in Project Management (desirable)
- Qualifications in Business, Hospitality or Reatil (desirable)
- Strong Customer Service and Stakeholder Management skills
- Drivers Licence
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. A current Working with Children and National Police Checks are required and can be arranged for the suitable applicant._
