2. Collaborate on the design and development of competitive courses.

3. Build relationships with relevant institutions for student recruitment and brand enhancement.

4. Represent the college in recruitment and promotional events.

5. Oversee the college's media platforms, ensuring consistency with marketing strategy and brand image.

6. Promote cross-cultural and cross-departmental collaboration.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, PR, Communications, Education, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in student recruitment or marketing, with experience in the Australian market.

3. Strong communication skills required, proficiency in a foreign language beyond English, such as Chinese, Or Japanese is a plus.

4. Familiar with social media marketing and brand promotion.

5. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

6. Innovative, team-spirited, and professional.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
