**Are you a creative and strategic social media whiz with a passion for hospitality?**

We’re seeking a talented Social Media Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness for our hospitality clients. You will be coordinating with our local and international teams to bring your social strategies to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Craft compelling social media strategies aligned with client goals and industry trends.
- **Client Rapport**: Develop longstanding and trustworthy relationships with your clients, including regular communication, consultation and expert advice.
- **Content Creativity**: Co-craft and collaborate on innovative content briefs which include video, graphic design and photography.
- **Account Assistance**: Support your team in client management, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- **Stay Ahead of Trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- **AI Utilisation and Innovation**: Continuously research and stay informed on AI trends in marketing, identifying new tools that could benefit rankONE's marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Influencers**: Build relationships with influencers, creators, and partners to amplify our brands and support our mission.

We’re big fans of efficiency and have built a solid program to delegate most of the administrative and let’s be honest - boring tasks that typically come with social media management.

We believe your value lies in your initiative, creativity and social media know-how, so that’s what you’ll spend your time focusing on; creating exciting, innovative and personalised campaigns for your clients.

As such, your day won’t be filled with
- Responding to DM’s or Google reviews.
- Uploading and Scheduling content.
- Community Management.
- Graphic Design
- Content creation.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies.
- Exceptional organisation and logístical skills.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to provide clear and concise written and verbal instructions.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Passion for helping hospitality venues succeed.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
- Work well independently and are comfortable managing your tasks without assistance

Pay: $56,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
