Position: Glow-in-the-Dark Sports Disco and Karaoke Supervisor Employment Type: Casual, Weekend Only Location: Moorabbin

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of glow-in-the-dark sports disco and karaoke team members, ensuring a positive and high-energy work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the glow-in-the-dark sports activities, karaoke area, and disco, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional customer experiences.
- Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Manage customer interactions, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times and special events.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and consumables, placing orders as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Uphold safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring the well-being of customers and staff at all times.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and enhanced customer experiences.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering their professional development.
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including promoting events, managing social media accounts, and engaging with customers online.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or customer service industry.
- WWCC
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make effective decisions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as required by the business.

Weekend work only (9.30 am onwards, with great rates of pay.
