The roleThe Client Engagement Support Officer provides divisionally dedicated engagement by supporting business areas with record keeping and information management.
The position works with the business areas of the Department to support the use of an Enterprise Wide electronic document records management system (eDRMS) as a business enabling tool for records and information management. Additionally, the position is involved in identifying projects to enable established users rationalize their information and increase usage within eDRMS.

**The successful personYou will have demonstrated**:

- experience and skills in the configuration and administration of Content Manager or similar system including knowledge of recordkeeping frameworks.
- experience and skills in customer service and or stakeholder engagement.
- knowledge of record keeping, information management policies, procedures and systems.
- excellent communication skills, including written and verbal skills, as well as good team building and networking skills.
- ability to use or aptitude to develop reporting in Microsoft 365 office suite tools (eg, Sharepoint, PowerBi or Excel).
