About the Position
The Business Development Officer will be part of our Client Services and Business Development team, working in a client-facing capacity. Key responsibilities include engaging with clients across Australia, sharing the benefits of our services, gathering feedback and insights, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive phone-based conversations with clients to discuss their needs and preferences
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise
- Conduct short client surveys to gather valuable insights and feedback
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and progress using our systems
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, youll need to possess excellent verbal communication skills, ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally, confidence in navigating conversations with empathy and objection handling, and experience in sales, call centre, or client engagement roles.
While not essential, experience in healthcare, allied health, or health administration is highly regarded, as is the ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage your time effectively.
