**About your role**

Cbus provides its members an in-person service experience, allowing our members a space to come in to and ask for assistance with their superannuation accounts, make an insurance claim or receive general superannuation advice, to maximise their retirement outcomes.

Being a Member Service Consultant at Cbus, means you are the face of Cbus. You are an integral link with our members and how they experience our Fund. This role will see you welcome Cbus members, assist them with their queries - and where appropriate - provide general superannuation advice. You'll assist members, prospective members, and employers in completing documentation accurately and completely to ensure smooth processing by the administrator.

**Please note: Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work in our office 5 days a week. The role is based in Sydney CBD.**

We're looking for a self-motivated, customer service focussed individual. You'll have experience going out of your way to ensure that a customer receives the best possible experience, ideally in a banking or financial services environment. With your great communication and interpersonal skills, you approach each customer interaction with a high level of empathy, energy, and enthusiasm. Preferably, you'll have completed an RG146 in Superannuation, or are willing to complete the course in the first few months of your employment.
