**Member Services Coordinator**

This newly created position presents an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to Member Service Consultants for a large complex client. In this role you will coordinate, assist, and support the day to day organising of activities and events that are fundamental to the smooth operation of the delivery of education services.

**We will count on you to**:

- Coordinate bookings and promotion materials for individual appointments, seminars, webinars and corporate client meetings.
- Organization of travel, accommodation, expense management and associated activities
- Management of marketing collateral working with internal teams, client and internal reporting, and design and formatting of presentations
- Administration functions related to the operation and organization of events including seminars, roadshows, Mercer Fairs at national locations.
- Other duties as required

**What you need to have**:

- Proven experience in an administration position support multiple people
- Sound knowledge of MS Office suite
- Good writing, proof-reading and oral communication skills
- Experience in project or events coordination with ability to prioritise multiple projects and adjust workload
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills
- A proven self-starter with initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure and work efficiently against deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
