The Year Level Leader (Year 7) is responsible to the Principal through the Deputy Principal Campus Director for the development of high quality pastoral care of students.

**Position Details**:

- Year Level Leader (Year 7)
- Level 3 Position of Leadership
- Start date: January 2026
- Three-year tenure with with the potential for an ongoing teaching position.

Your duties will include:

- Overseeing the wellbeing, behaviour management and social-emotional development of students in the assigned year
- Fostering an exemplary standard of pastoral care of students, based on the framework of Restorative Practices
- Leading and fostering the professional development of Pastoral Care Teachers
- Supporting the transition of new students to the year level and College.
- Leading the implementation of social-emotional learning in the assigned year level, utilising the framework of the Respectful Relationships program.
