The Administration Assistant is responsible for the successful Co-ordination of all documentation that requires further attention. In addition, the Administration Assistant will ensure timely and accurate organization of internal control procedures and provide both guidance and support to their peer(s). The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, willingness to learn, self-motivation and strong communication skills.

**Administration Tasks**
- Export reports from WMS (warehouse management system) software program
- Generating documentation to send to clients
- Answer phones
- Greet and Assist Visitors
- Manage Daily Attendance Staff Sheet
- Scanning and automated filing
- Liaise with Operations staff
- Set up for Meetings
- General administration duties

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mickleham, VIC 3064: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse Admin: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
