Kolbe Catholic College is a vibrant and growing community inspired by the vision that "Everyone Grows." With our St Clare Campus in Greenvale and a new campus opening in Mickleham in 2026, we are seeking passionate educators, including recent graduates, to join us for the 2026 academic year and beyond.

We are looking for an inspiring Teacher with the ability to teach Science (Years 7 to 10) plus another method.

About the role

  • Ongoing, full-time position at St Catherine Campus (Mickleham).

This position is responsible to and works in collaboration with the relevant Learning Leader and Curriculum Leader.

Skills and experience

Applicants to the position should be able to demonstrate:

  • Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • A proven commitment to Catholic education and faith development
  • An understanding and acceptance of the College ethos
  • The capacity to provide leadership that is characterised by a commitment to learning and teaching, continuous improvement and innovation
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise and communicate effectively with people at all levels and from varying backgrounds
  • An ability to lead, work collaboratively and facilitate dynamic teamwork
  • A proven capacity to work independently and effectively in the face of changing priorities, deadlines and pressures
  • An excellent understanding of the Victorian Curriculum
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development that supports effective teaching and learning and is consistent with the College's ongoing strategic intent
  • Exemplary teaching skills and practices.
