We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated **Property Management Assistant** to join our close-knit team.

**Your role will be to support our Property Managers and assist with Leasing. Key areas will be**:

- All Routine Inspections
- Lease Renewals & Rent Reviews
- Conducting Entry and Exit inspections
- Open properties for lease
- Processing new tenancies
- Other admin tasks as required

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a background in Real Estate / Property Management, along with a working knowledge of PropertyMe and previous experience with the above responsibilities.

- A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
- The ability to work under pressure and to multi task
- Positive and can-do attitude
- A current Drivers Licence and reliable transport

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
