We are currently seeking entry level candidates looking to break into the Real Estate industry

Essential: Bring an enthusiastic and motivated mindset along with your completed (or undergoing) Agents Representative Certificate and we'll take you on the journey to success This is an exciting role for someone who loves working with people, has a high attention to detail and thrives working in a fast paced working environment. We'll provide the training, support, and structure to help you succeed.

What we're looking for:

  • Loves working with people and providing exceptional service
  • Is confident, well-spoken, and enthusiastic
  • Works well under pressure and can manage competing priorities
  • Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
  • Can work weekends and has flexibility for weekday rosters (you will receive a day in lieu)

What You'll Do:

  • Assist clients in finding their ideal inner-city apartment
  • Conduct open for inspections and private appointments
  • Manage enquiries and follow up leads
  • Learn the ropes of leasing, property marketing, and sales
  • Deliver a 5-star experience to every prospective tenant or buyer

You'll Need:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, front-of-house may be considered etc.)
  • A current Driver's License and your own vehicle
  • Agents Representative Certificate (essential)
