Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join our Melbourne Team. You will provide support and assistance to the Senior Development Manager/Development Manager in all operational aspects, as assigned, so as to further expand and enhance knowledge of the development industry.

**Your duties include but are not limited to**:
Responsibility in defined projects outcome
Adhere to strategies and targets as communicated by DM and SDM
Understand feasibility and can update and report under supervision
Prepare formal correspondence and presentation under supervision
Prepare and update basic development programmes
Keep minutes and maintains files
Maintain current market knowledge
Aware of risks and opportunities on projects under supervision
Participate in Innovation and Sustainability objectives
Make a positive contribution to Mirvac’s safety, risk and compliance culture
Comply with the Mirvac HSE Management System, HSE policies and procedures relevant to the division or area of work
Participate in HSE programs as requested
Report all incidents within 24 hours

Your point of difference

You will have moderate industry knowledge and experience with appropriate tertiary qualifications. An ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity, as well as good Microsoft suite and time management skills is highly regarded. Finally, you will demonstrate commercial/financial acumen and be able to work independently whilst doing what is required to deliver against personal and team objectives.
