Our client is an independent Property Management company with extensive knowledge and experience across the property industry. They pride themselves on delivering an exceptional property management experience including finance and budgeting, asset management and maintenance, marketing and leasing as well as developing strong tenant relationships whilst ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
They are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and personable Concierge Manager to join the team. This unique role is ideal for a property manager that no longer wants the stress of managing a portfolio who thrives on building relationships, delivering outstanding client service, and ensuring an overall smooth experience from 'listed to let'
About the Role:
The team Concierge will act as the first point of contact for new property clients, guiding them seamlessly through the process from initial sign-up to the handover of a tenanted property to our property management team. You will play a key role in ensuring properties are compliant, client expectations are met, and communication is clear every step of the way. Please note : there is no BDM work involved in this role, they have their own dedicated BDM team , this role serves as a buffer between the BDM and the property manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage confidently with a wide range of clientele, including property owners, investment groups, and builders.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new properties, ensuring a smooth transition into management.
- Conduct defect inspections and liaise with relevant parties to ensure compliance with minimum housing standards.
- Apply knowledge of relevant legislation and housing requirements to ensure all properties meet legal and quality obligations.
- Coordinate with leasing agents, assistants, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient property preparation and leasing.
- Deliver exceptional communication, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process.
- Provide a positive, polished handover to the property manager once the property is successfully tenanted.
- Some travel is required
About you:
- A bubbly, energetic, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of property legislation, minimum housing standards, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in conducting property or defect inspections is highly regarded.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- A motivated team player who can also work independently.
- Previous experience in property management essential.
- Someone who must be able to adapt to last minute changes and take this in their stride to get the job done. You must realise things don't always go as planned and unforeseen circumstances arise and can change with very short notice
