**What's on offer?**:
We're seeking a passionate marketer who will be accountable for the strategic development and execution of content and social media for ABN Victoria’s two retail brands - Boutique Homes and Homebuyers Centre.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement content plans and activity
- Create strategies to grow social engagement and positive reviews
- Partner with internal teams in relation to content and social media
- Identify trends, taking a best practice approach to content creation
- Conduct evaluations to understand organic campaign performance
- Provide inspirational leadership to a Marketing Coordinator

**What can you bring?**:
Your solid understanding of brand strategy, customer segmentation and needs analysis, as well as an understanding of how to achieve outcomes and success. You will enjoy collaboration and building close working relationships in achieve brand success.

You will also have:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or Business
- Skills in strategy and planning
- Project management competence
- Solid understanding of digital landscape and the customer service principles
- Strong level of analytic capability and problem solving
