Our client is a lead generation agency and is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Team Leader to join their growing team. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing the telemarketing services, expanding the client base, and leading a team of telemarketing specialists to success. This remote position can be conducted from anywhere throughout Australia and New Zealand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of telemarketing specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to achieve exceptional performance and meet targets.
- Continuously develop and enhance the telemarketing services, incorporating best practices, innovative strategies, and efficient processes.
- Oversee all telemarketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed flawlessly, meeting quality standards, and delivering excellent results for clients.
- Actively participate in calling activities to maintain a hands-on approach, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, optimise lead generation efforts, and maximise conversion rates.
- Analyse data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.
- Develop and implement training programs to onboard new telemarketing specialists and foster their professional growth.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the Telemarketing software that all campaigns are managed within and continue to optimise the software.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a telemarketing company, with a track record of success in driving performance and achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of telemarketing principles, lead generation strategies, and best practices in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coach and motivate a remote team.
- Experience in setting up processes, systems, and workflows to optimise telemarketing operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Availability to work remotely and manage a team across various locations throughout Australia and New Zealand.
