Join our supportive team in North Sydney

We're looking for a results-driven Part-Time Telemarketer to help our Sales Team by researching prospective clients and booking initial meetings with senior executives (C-Suite). This role is ideal for someone who's professional, organised, and looking for flexible hours — including school-friendly schedules.

About the Role

  • Location: North Sydney (minimum 3 days per week in-office)
  • Hours: Flexible part-time schedule – perfect for school hours (e.g. 9:30am–2:30pm)
  • Purpose: Research and pre-sales outreach to generate warm appointments for our Sales Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Research prospective companies and key decision-makers
  • Make professional outbound calls to C-Suite and senior executives
  • Secure initial meetings with our Sales Team
  • Accurately maintain call notes and appointment records

About You

  • Exceptional spoken and written English – clear, professional phone manner
  • Confident communicator who can engage with senior executives
  • Self-motivated, results-focused, and able to work independently
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or B2B appointment-setting highly regarded
