**OUR TEAM**

Our passionate and highly skilled Allied Health team offer a range of individually tailored one-to-one therapy services aimed at supporting the unique therapeutic needs of people with disability. We provide a holistic approach to therapy with qualified and friendly staff who help determine the needs and goals of each participant and tailor a unique therapy program to help them achieve their goals and reach their potential.

Onemda is proud to offer the highest quality Therapy Services from a modern, purpose-built Therapy Centre which includes warm water therapy pool, fully accessible gymnasium and modern treatment spaces.

We are looking for a dedicated **Therapy Manager at our Doncaster East Campus **to lead, inspire and engage our allied health team to ensure that we continue to deliver our innovative services.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Lead by example with your enthusiasm, expertise and excellence
- Effectively manage and coordinate Onemda’s Therapy Services, including overseeing the Therapy budget.
- Manage, mentor and motivate the Therapy Services team to achieve their best, every day
- Set measurable KPIs, goals and objectives for the team - and monitor progress towards those targets
- Network widely and promote community interest in Onemda’s Therapy Services
- Remain abreast of sector trends and ensure Onemda’s service delivery remains flexible and adaptable to those trends
- Ensure compliance of all capability development, supervisions and professional development.
- Assess how we provide services and deliver efficiencies so that we can maximise impact, foster innovation and embed best practice
- Evaluate and monitor the quality and outcomes of Onemda’s Therapy Services.

**You will need to demonstrate**:

- Exceptional clinical skills
- Leadership and management capabilities
- Experience in strategic thinking and change management.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical skills.
- Problem-solving skills to ensure effective and high quality service delivery.

**Eligibility**:
To deliver what we need in this role, you will be:

- _**The right qualifications **_: _Bachelor or Masters of an Allied Health discipline
- _**Registration**_: Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and registration as a Practitioner with your peak registration body
- _**Knowledge and understanding**_: You’ll be across the essential principles of the Disability Services Act 2006, the NDIS and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards standards._

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $148,229.71 per year
