Clinic Trainer

**As a Clinic Trainer with LCA Doncaster you are passionate about leading and developing the team to success. Your role will be to provide expert hands-on treatments to clients, plan and deliver technical training, and assist in the clinic management responsibilities**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Coaching employees to succeed in sales and the LCA Way
- Developing and fostering a positive, high-performance culture
- Perform Laser Hair Removal and Advanced Laser & Skin Treatments
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients
- Assisting in clinic operations such as rostering, banking and end of day procedures
- Upskilling your team in specialist product knowledge
- Assess and track clinic and individual training needs
- Plan and deliver technical training to business requirements
- Ensuring team are sufficiently skilled to perform treatments

**Your Background/ Qualifications**:

- Cert IV in Beauty Therapy or a Diploma in Beauty Therapy is essential.
- Demonstrated experience as a successful Experienced/Senior Therapist
- Management experience highly regarded
- Superior customer service and selling skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture
- Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude
