**The Role**:
Conduct sales through establishing the customer’s need and preferences, offering products that are appropriate and closing sales to effectively ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively assist and serve clients that visit the Boutique to build relationships and maximise sales.
- Follow up on sales leads and opportunities to ensure customer service excellence.
- Work with the Boutique Manager to create store operational plan to focus on key areas to increase business opportunities.
- Provide superior customer service
- Continual training and development through proactively utilising the training portal.
- Survey and benchmark competitors.
- Ensure clear communication with the team and development of sales opportunities
- Provide customer feedback and pass on to merchandising and marketing teams.
- Keep abreast of visual merchandising trends.

**Ideally you will have**:

- 3 years’ experience with a high-end luxury retail company.
- Proven sales records showing increase in profits
- Excellent communication skills; the ability to build rapport, establish and maintain relationship.
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- ‘Can-do’ attitude; motivated and proactive
- Entrepreneurial spirit -drive to create business opportunities
- Team orientation
- Desire to meet customer’s needs
