**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, the Service Delivery Specialist is responsible for facilitating the Governance aspects of Service Delivery including assisting with release/change management, incident/ problem management, conducting and reporting PIRs, monitor customer feedback and providing operational reports.

**What are we looking for?**
- 3-5 years' experience in a comparable role
- Experience in a service delivery team with incident, problem and release/change management
- Demonstrated experience in an ITIL environment
- Experience managing stakeholder expectations within competing priorities and tight time frames
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer-oriented interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly
- Good understanding of technical incident resolution workflow
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in process improvement
- Self-motivated, independent, team player who is flexible and delivery focused

**Desirable**
- Experience with 'Service Now'
- Reporting experience
