**About the role**

We’re looking for a Client Services Representative to join our Embedded Networks team and play a key role in supporting our commercial and retail clients. In this role, you’ll help retain existing customers, support business development initiatives, and ensure our clients receive exceptional service at every stage. Your responsibilities will include:
- Work with Business Development Managers and Operations to strengthen client relationships, retain contracts, and help grow our portfolio.
- Be the first point of contact for client queries, coordinate resolutions, and support seamless handovers.
- Assist in developing new opportunities with both new and existing clients.
- Helping clients meet net zero targets.
- Keep client records accurate, up to date, and actionable.
- Partner across teams to improve processes, share ideas, and deliver outstanding client experiences.
**What will you bring?**
You will be a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and solving problems. You bring a commercial mindset, strong organisational skills, and the ability to think strategically. You’ll also have:
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation)
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Competence with information systems
- Ability to read contracts and think analytically
- A valid Driver’s Licence
(Bonus if you have knowledge of energy industry terms or billing, but it’s not essential)
