**About the role**:
**Eagers Automotive** is seeking a professional and self-motivated Application Support Officer to assist our National Dealer Network on our busy Help Desk

You need to be able to work in a fast-paced efficient manner and collaborate with internal and external clients and internal team members. Ideally located in WA, NSW, QLD or Tas where existing team members are based.

**Duties will include**:

- Problem solving issues for all areas of the business (Accounting\Service\Parts\Sales) utilising the DMS Applications
- Providing guidance on best practice and use of the DMS and Applications
- Manage the provisions of devices such as printers\scanners within the DMS
- Creation, maintenance, and deployment of reports
- Maintain and support data necessary for the dealer operation (such as vehicle pricing, accessories, operation codes)
- Provide formal and informal training to enhance end users’ capabilities
- Weekend (rostered) and after hours support as required

**About you**:
If you are someone with brilliant organisational skills, exceptional customer service skills, ability to work unsupervised and remotely and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, we are looking for you

You would ideally possess:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience using or supporting the Pentana Solutions ERA\ERANet\ERAPower systems
- Proficient understanding of networks and computing environments.
- Strong proficiency in Excel beneficial but not required
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Self-motivated, high initiative and able to work unsupervised and remotely
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and handle a varied workload time-effectively, without fuss, and to a high standard
