With a widespread global presence, they have emerged as one of the most rapidly expanding food-technology enterprises in the FMCG industry" They are now on the look out for an enthusiastic _**Facilities Maintenance Coordinator **_to join their team in Jandakot. Based on site you will be responsible for planning, monitoring & managing maintenance operations and ensuring safety & sanitization standards are met. **Responsibilities;** - Troubleshoot maintenance issues including repair and replacement of assets to minimise production downtime - Perform preventative maintenance activities on equipment including refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, security, general repairs and other assets in the distribution centre - Support equipment and facilities upgrades required to improve safety, quality and productivity - Source and manage spare parts, consumables, tools, and other related maintenance Plan, install, commission, and maintain production equipment in the distribution centre - Manage contractors and suppliers; define scope of work, oversee tasks, and ensure completion of deliverables - Support equipment and facilities upgrades required to improve safety, quality and productivity **Skills/Experience Required;** - 2+ Years Maintenance Experience in a fast-paced production environment - Mechanical, and maintenance-related certifications - Strong background in using power and hand tools, performing general repairs and maintenance activities - Knowledge of facilities maintenance - Availability to work weekend schedules and cold facilities - A strong problem solver; and have ability to handle multiple projects and assignments able to prioritize and meet budgets deadlines and achieve objectives - Knowledge of facilities maintenance processes, procedures & systems **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee discount Schedule: - Day shift - Morning shift Ability to commute/relocate: - Jandakot, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - FMCG: 2 years (preferred) - Facilities maintenance: 2 years (preferred) Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person
