**About the Role**:
The Salesforce Marketing Technology Practice Lead is responsible for leading and managing the consolidated MarTech delivery team at BHD, which consists of Developers, Consultants and Architects that work across CX technologies such as SFMC Engagement, SFMC Personalisation, SF CDP, Adobe Campaign and other related technologies. This team works across new client engagements and supports ongoing technical engagements with existing BHD clients.
The Salesforce Marketing Technology Practice Lead is responsible for leading a high performing, professional and passionate team to deliver results and satisfaction to clients. They mentor those around them and maintain enthusiasm within the team. They build strong client relationships through client service excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Consultancy and Solution Leadership
- Oversee and provide a point of view on enterprise architecture
- Consult with clients on data flow and systems feeding MarTech platforms
Pre-sales Leadership
- Assist with the pre-sales process
- Be a point of contact for vendors
- Present and lead client facing workshops/ pre-sales presentations
Leadership and Management
- Help shape the broader practice and ways of working
- Mentor and coach team leaders
People Management
- Provide day to day coaching & professional development, including weekly 1:1 meetings
- Maintain oversight and direction over the team's workload, training, and annual leave.
- Inspires and grows team, coaching and managing them to their maximum potential
- Completes annual performance reviews and supports teams professional development
- Ensures the business values are reflected in the work we do
- Embodies a culture of continuous improvement
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Excellent time management and consulting skills
- Experienced in working and managing agile and scrum teams
- Enterprise Architecture and general technologist
- In depth knowledge of strategy and operations related to technical consulting and delivery of projects
- Experience in implementing process and change management within agency environment
- Strong background with marketing technologies, business skills and consumer-orientation
- Experience and ability working with senior marketing executives across organisations to help steer the strategic direction to build the future state of marketing capabilities.
- Serve as point person in client communications and manage developer/client interactions
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
