**We are seeking a suitable individual to work with one of our large public sector customers in developing their business strategies and drive the adoption of Salesforce across our wider public sector business. You will be joining one of the most dynamic and fastest growing Salesforce public sector practices in Australia.**

**Take your consulting and technology to the next level. We are looking for people with a strong background in Australian public sector, developing longer term business strategies that leverage the Salesforce Platform and be a key leading in driving our business growth forward.**

**As a Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead, you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You’ll be**:

- **Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce projects within a consulting environment, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.**:

- **Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design Salesforce solutions that meet their needs.**:

- **Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, architecture, and implementation strategies.**:

- **Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documents.**:

- **Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.**:

- **Lead and mentor a team of developers and consultants, providing technical direction and support and work with offshore team.**:

- **Drive innovation and continuous improvement in Salesforce implementation methodologies and tools.**:

- **Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities.**:

- **Stay current with Salesforce product updates and industry trends, leveraging new features and technologies to deliver value to clients.**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure successful project delivery.**:

**What we’re looking for in developers would be your**:

- **Should have knowledge of Omni-Studio, Skedulo and Quip.**:

- **Define and enforce coding best practices and development frameworks**:

- **Enforce environment strategy and version control process.**:

- **Manage deployments - metadata and Omni-Scripts.**:

- **Support, manage and resolve technical hurdles for the onshore and offshore team.**:

- **Allocate work to the development team.**:

- **Work with BA and QA team to get clarifications, demo preparations and triage the defects.**:

- **Participate in the design discussions with the Architect and the customer.**:

- **Support the Architect with the investigations and POCs.**
