**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service, embodying our commitment to the ultimate customer experience.
- Stay updated on Samsung products and technology trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Process sales accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process after sales care Service Appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Brand Alignment: We're looking for individuals who share our passion for Samsung and align with the company’s values.
- Ability to Provide the Ultimate Customer Experience: Demonstrated skills in creating positive and memorable customer interactions.
- Availability: Full Time or for Part Time - preferably 3-4 full days per week (including 1 day over the weekend).
- No technical experience required - paid training is provided
