Verification Officer

**About the Role**

Your mission is to provide high-quality, efficient operational service and risk decision outcomes while contributing to a culture of collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll be responsible for pre-assessment and verification of submitted documents, ensuring adherence to BOQ Group policies and procedures, and considering regulatory obligations, including responsible lending. You'll action every request with care, empathy, and confidence, building trust and acting with integrity towards our many internal & external stakeholders including Brokers & our Mobile Bankers.

As you develop additional skills and graduate through our career pathways program, you'll handle more complex tasks, cross-skill between brands and functions, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
